OptumRx for Android

This app is awful. I ALWAYS en up calling customer service because is so buggy that I can never place my order or renew my meds.

I don’t know if it’s the app, or that the company doesn’t want to pony up for my very expensive prescriptions, but this has been nothing but a headache. It doesn’t show my orders, it doesn’t show orders that are being processed, I have to keep signing up for automatic refills. I’m getting ready to use a local pharmacy again, even though it will cost me more money. The company flat out lied about whether they had contacted my doctor for a refill, and then when my doctor contacted them, they told her they already processed the order. They hadn’t.

App gets wonky. Freezes up. Looks like it has great potential. Fix the freezing.

This version is only allowing me to renew a prescription that I just renewed, and it won’t let me renew the medication I need.

This app is basically nonfunctional. You can’t choose a payment method you already entered/saved and if you try to re-add the card, it tell you it’s a duplicate card. Basically you’re stuck in a loop because you can’t pay for your order. Additionally, only some of your prescriptions appear in the app. My doctor called in an scrip and it doesn’t show at all in the app but it appears in the desktop site as it should. Broken payment functionality + missing prescriptions = useless app. I’d give this 0 stars if I could.
