PA Lottery Official App for Android

I wish they would hire someone that can build a great app. This morning I'm getting error after error. One is telling me I can only purchase through the app while I'm on the app! It's telling me to download the app while I'm using it. Makes me wonder if the app is actually recording accurate wins and losses

App stopped working. Now I can’t get my money back.

This app must be run by a bunch of grade schoolers. Every time I go to purchase tickets it tells me that it must be done through the app….when I’m in the app. I thought this would be nice and convenient and now I can’t wait to close my account.

This app is terribly unreliable. Tried uninstalling several times.

It’s genuinely embarrassing how buggy and useless this app can be at times when you consider the amount of revenue the lottery generates and that it’s tied to the state itself. Absolutely horrendous. From the start this app has been a buggy mess, I’m used to that on the release, but usually they work the kinks out. It seems like some college kids are running this behind the scenes or interns. There’s been very little progress in fixing the bugs over the years, and there’s almost always sign in problems. I’d fire the entire team and start fresh if it was up to me.
