The only credit I’d give Candy is for holding the top worst user experience app on AppStore for a number of years! Such a title requires a special kind of persistence. Let’s start with the small things - YOUR SERIAL NUMBER IS ALREADY REGISTERED message (yeah, capital case). First of all - how can I remember which email/pass I used throughout the years I tried using this awful app? Second - recovering the password workflow doesn’t work, recovery email never reached me. Third - I f_king own this washer, it is in my hands. How come I cannot use it? And what if I bought it second hand (which I didn’t) “If you still can’t login contact your CandyApp administrator”. Thanks, and good luck finding the mysterious admin… “If your email was not valid you should register with a new email address in order to recover the data for your registered products” Yeah, tell me about it. This is how I ended up in this situation in the first place. So. Yes, dear CandyApp developers, add new features, it totally makes sense. But nobody can use them.
