Not working every time

Feel sorry, need customer service. 1st of all, try to find support from customer service, but corp web site didn’t even list this product. EOL or what ? The app works at beginning when I open the app , but after few shots then the camera button didn’t work. I have to close the app and relaunch it, and I missed the opportunity to take the important lectures ppt. The problem happens every time….
