Taziki's Cafe for Android

Almost every time I want to eat Taziki’s and try to order from the app, I end up having to order from somewhere else instead, usually Chipotle who is open late and lets you place an order up until right before closing time. This terrible app is making you guys lose business. Today, I tried to place an order for curbside pickup TWO hours before closing and it was trying to tell me I could only place an order for tomorrow morning AND that the signature pasta was not available on that day. I wanted the order for tonight, and it’s Sunday so I know it is available. I ended up just calling the order in this time, but hate that I have to go in and pay when I’m already in my pajamas.

I love Tazikis food, but the app is frustrating. It's missing options in many categories, ex: no Coke Zero option, even though my store has it. I got a text saying all orders get free delivery all week (powered by Door Dash) but online, in the app, and on DD it's only the catering that gets you free delivery. Feels like a bait and switch. Best lemon chicken soup around though!

Needs easy payment through Google Pay Needs ability to add menu items to the “reorder” option Needs to not glitch and cause you to lose your entire order and start over Needs ability to request a shorter time frame like you would get if you call with the order. .

This is a useless app that doesn't come close to doing what it claims. The client should sue whatever sheister company it hired on the grounds of non-performance.
