I have been yawing this app on and off for over 2 years in Vietnam Worst experience every single time I have just deleted the app and never again will use App is run by kids who have no idea of what they are doing Stay away save your selves

Once you set this app up it is easy to use. You can connect it to your credit card which is great. Highly recommend.

The driver demanded I pay extra money for delivery and so I did (even though the app said free delivery. I emailed Vietnammm and they never even offered a voucher or to return the money. Plus the app delivery tracker did not seem to work for my order.

This app is mostly targeted for tourists/foreigners. It’s delivery fee is double that of other Vietnamese food delivery apps, they have a minimum spend requirement (grab does not), and it has no map tracker to know where your driver is (grab has this feature). Also weirdly, the service center people speak great English but the drivers speak no English but they expect you to talk to the driver about your location (they always call despite having your address). And for credit card users, they call you to get a screen shot of your bank account to ensure the payment went through. They say it’s the confirm you are who you are but I’ve never had another company ever ask for this. So yah, weird. I’ll stick to Grab.
