I had a telemedicine appt with Dr Ash yesterday to start a medication I have never used before. He was congenial and thorough and explained everything very clearly. He also has a nice way about him so one feels comfortable asking questions.

Great service because phone call had technical difficulties and agent phone right away in a convoys connected me with the provider. Both the customer service agent and the provider that she connected me answered and resolved all of my health questions..

I have reached out to customer service Many times, but no one from FH ever resolved the issue of medication shorted me this last issue. I am very disappointed with their lack of care once they receive money for services!

I have been using the app for a few weeks and see some issues. One you cannot make your follow up appointment on the app and you can’t track when you take your shots. It always say 1st shot, instead of second shot or just next shot so you can track it. To see your stats on where you are is a search and have to play around to find them. Personally I think they need to make updates to simplify the process.

Despite having issues with the voice connection on our video call (couldn’t get the mute to change), Dr Sanchez just called me & we had a very nice visit. She sounds very kind & caring…I look forward to working with her more to get my weight down & health back!
