The email and phone number do not exist and cannot cancel membership. I have been trying to cancel membership for 2 months.
Whatever you do, DON’T DO IT!!!!! Don’t give them your money or time. I tried the app and it was not for me. I also had to have emergency surgery so I tried to utilize the “money back guarantee” that they promise. All LIES!!! They give you the run around in emails and pretty much act like they are responding to you but don’t address your request at all. Something like a cut and paste with verbiage as though they addressed your request. Long story short, I never got a refund and I didn’t get to utilize the app even though I didn’t like it. It’s almost as if they are purposefully playing games so that you give up on your request and they stay rich. Listen to the bad reviews here. DON’T DO IT!!! It will happen to you!!!
They will lie to you when you try to cancel just to take your money the app doesn’t work the phone number doesn’t work and they take days to respond by email. They say that you won’t be billed and then do anyways and tel you that you never took it off recurring billing. If i could give it zero stars i would. These people are toilet scum just trying to make money of the lack of confidence of others.
This app doesn’t work. You open the app to review your custom plan and it pushes you into the 1st workout without being able to close or navigate away. Also the website has BBB so you think they’re accredited, but they have an F rating. Don’t waste your time or your money!
Got this a year a got for discount price a year ago. Decided I didn’t want it and they refused to give me a refund. They said no refunds on yearly plans. I canceled the plan a year ago since I knew I wouldn’t remember a year later to cancel. Just got charged $190 for another year!! I used the app for 2 weeks a year ago. Requested a refund since I had canceled a year ago. No refunds an annual plans!! What a joke!
