Free Trial Not Working

Signed up for a free 7 day trial. I still could not get past the subscription page. Tried re-downloading the app, closing it and re-opening it. Still I was stuck on the page that tells me to subscribe or I basically couldn’t use the app. It was frustrating because the free trial was supposed to work. I’m willing to give this app a fair chance if the developers fix this.

They want me to login over 1 million times

When I login and then I continue, and then they let me in and then I had to start all over again By logging in and then after that, they let me in and then they made me start over again by logging in and I did this for about a minute or two and I used it Face ID for the first time and then I tried typing to login and then they let me in and then they made me start all over again so I don’t know what to do

Won’t let me login

After I login it takes me to the premium screen to pay. I don’t want to pay so I click the x. For a split second I see the Home Screen for the app (what I should see) but it takes me to the login page over an over again even when I login and I’ve tried different types of logging in it won’t work.
