I am not happy! My internet drops 6 to 7 times a day and I am the only one on it!! Then I wanted to pay using my Ucard and y’all set my account up as only my debit card! I explained I was on fixed income and only get paid once a month and she told me I could pay how ever I wanted but now I can’t!! I also get food stamps and I am disable so I should get a cheaper rate but I was with Suddenlink and or Optimum for 18 years I haven’t been with y’all 1 month and I AM NOT HAPPY!! Optimum

It’s disappointing to me there is no place to report an internet outage on your APP. Today my internet is barely working at dialup speed and because it’s Saturday there is no support available.
