SatTracker for Android

I love this app. It's almost perfect in my opinion. It's only lacking the ability to zoom and adjust the size of the objects. It's hard to track a tiny dot and small words that are jumbled together with other objects I'm tracking. If you could incorporate some satellite/object sizing options and ability to zoom in on the map this would be the perfect app. I hope we see those features in future updates.

Maybe a $2 app in my opinion. This app would be GREAT IF. - You could click on one of the satellites in your track list and see the footprint and the path of travel for the next pass, all with one click. Then, automatically transition to the next satellite you click. - The app had dark mode. I would love to use it as a second monitor display. - Displayed a large clock somewhere, preferrably in Z time (even though I hate Z, would be useful). - You could click and drag the 3D view. - You could place a marker at your home location. Great start but if the dev's could add those, this app would then be very worth the high price in my opinion.

I just bought this app. I am running a MacPro (late 2013) with Mojave. The app crashes on open. I can't get it to open at all. I'm guessing, based on review dates, that it is not being kept up to date and has major issues with, at least OS X Mojave.

I was a bit surprised by the harsh criticism I saw by some reviewers. This is certainly not a demonstration of a super high-tech, leading-edge application design. It is basic and fairly simple. Most importantly - it works. No high marks for innovation. Just a good app that does what its supposed to do. I’m glad I got it and would recommend it to others as long as they keep their expectations realistic.
