This app is terrible. When you upload multiple gift cards onto the app, it only takes the value of one gift card — then, it nullifies the value of your other gift cards. Even though I should have money on my remaining gift cards, the app now says my other gift cards can’t be authenticated. Also, why can’t a person check the value of their gift card without an account? Out of all the food apps I’ve ever used, this is by far the worst I’ve ever used.
And the customer service is always great too
First, gift card values cannot be added to my account. My eGift email says I can add it to my account on the Yogurtland app, but there isn’t a method to do that. Second, the Scan and Pay button only works to scan my Rewards number. I’ve had $29.95 in my account that no one at my local Yogurtland stores knows how to access. Apparently there is no linkage. Third, I went to the Yogurtland in Anaheim Hills, CA, yesterday and they said I didn’t have any Rewards Dollars even though the app shows I have $5.00 in Rewards money to use before August 29. This app leaves much to be desired.

Great yogurt, great app! Staff is always lovely and helpful, food is delicious, app tells me when there are new flavors to try!!! Love it, love Yogurtland!
