Frustrating experiences with this app

Bought this off a recommendation of a colleague and it has mostly failed me. The transcriptions are generally way off, which is whatever I guess, but on multiple occasions this app just straight up does not save my recording. It’s embarrassing that I need to double record everything because I don’t trust this app ever. It also just randomly crashes and shows me none of my saved recordings for a period of time. That’s pretty lame. So yeah, don’t waste your time on it.

Misleading pricing

This app does not work without a subscription, you are just paying 10.99 for the ability to purchase a subscription. I bought it thinking it was a basic form of the app with basic features but when you open it it makes you choose a subscription. What was the 10.99 for?? I’ve never seen an app that charges you money upfront with no functionality upfront.
