Is the server down or something? I use this app almost daily with zero issues for a while now. I ended a call yesterday & when I went to retrieve it, I kept getting “request timed out” error. I kept trying then finally uninstalled and reinstalled & now it won’t even take me past the “continue” button to log in as it’s giving me the same “request timed out” error & these are recordings I seriously need to access. There’s no phone # or live agent on chat either so I have to wait to hopefully get an email response. This is ridiculous & so stressful.
Just having difficulty on outgoing calls unable to get through always busy signal.
Suddenly I get an error that my country doesn’t not accept ACR. I have been using this app with no problems but for the past month I can’t because Of this annoying error. I contacted support and no reply. I am in the USA in a state where recording is allowed. So I shouldn’t be having this issue. I also paid for a year in advance and I can’t get a refund.
I used this app once and forgot to cancel my free trial and 60 dollars was taken out of my account….with inflation going on and hours being cut at my job that’s a lot of money.
It didn’t work and I can’t record calls because of fast busy on every number
