Grocery List for Android

Had a small issue that I thought could be fixed quickly. After my initial contact regarding the issue, I was asked all the pertinent questions(what version I was using, Android, iOS, etc). I even sent a screen shot. Then I heard nothing after that for over a week. Then I was sent an email asking for my feedback on the service I received. Lol. Even after numerous emails asking if they were ever going to help me, no response to this day. I’ve been using this app for many years. Sad they just lost a long-time user.

When I first got this app I recommended it to my mother and my sister and they both use it now. But in the last six months it has changed a lot with our ads popping up constantly and then there’s something where they want you to finish this 100% you have to turn on your location and a few other things and if you don’t do it it just keeps yelling at you to do it… If I get anywhere near a Walmart even if I’m not shopping it will tell me this is what’s on sale at Walmart I do not like any of these features at all all I want is a simple list that I can bring with me to the store and this is making me rethink my decision of having this app at all I just want to unload it from my phone… If they had a premium subscription where I could get rid of these stupid ads I would do it but that option doesn’t seem availableIf this doesn’t change I’m going to delete it and go back to just doing my grocery list on Excel like I used to before this App was created (more than likely there are a lot of typos in here I’m not going back over it to check)

Why, oh why can’t they make the lines of text wrap?! Notes and the actual list item itself doesn’t wrap. They just chop it off and the user is forced to click into the field and scroll to the side to see the whole thing. 9/10 product. But that one feature would make it a 10/10. Come’on! Wrap the test and expand the text field to grow vertically! Not hard to do!!

I have used this app for years and love it, what more do I need to say!

Previously there was the option to alphabetize both the list and the categories within each shopping list. Now that option seems to be unavailable which I find super incredibly frustrating. I want to be able to arrange my lists on the way I want them arranged.
