Sync Folders for Android

It's thoughtful of Vadim to put up this reduced-function version to try, which can be used in the two-way sync mode. Out of fairness, and because I'd like to use a few more settings, I'm going to purchase the Pro now. This is a pretty technical app, as it should be, so you should be pretty technically aware to use it. Viewed as such, it has all the features you'd like to find, such as logging, saved tasks, variant modes, and especially, a completely detailed preview which you should run and carefully examine, before doing any actual sync. On the preview, there are buttons which allow you to focus on particular views, so you can see only changed files, for example, to know exactly what is going to happen. It appears, very importantly, that there's good conflict handling also, as we will understand that in any syncing operation, conflicts will naturally sometimes appear. I've just used this app to allow working with two different Markdown text apps, each good, but requiring to have files only in their own fixed folders: IA Writer and Obsidian. It's worked fine, to get the same files in both folders, and will let me keep this up as I continue writing with both.

I don't use Russian products.

I like the tool interface. However, it just won't synch with SD cards. Didn't matter if I used Timestamp, Timestamp Size, or Timestamp Size Checksum. So basically it's useless! Back to searching for one that works...

Tried syncing a test folder containing two PDF files on my Android 12 (iOS 15.3.1) to a shared folder on my Qnap NAS but the app locked up and became unresponsive. I swiped it off the screen to close it and tried to restart it again but all I got was the splash screen. After waiting for two minutes I had to swipe it off again. I rebooted my phone and it still wouldn’t start so I had to uninstall it. I was never able to view the error log. I reinstalled the program and changed the timestamp settings but it still locked up. I really wanted this program to work because it appeared to have all the features I needed.

Gets the job done with minimal fuss with effective features.
