12.0 Broke my subscription

FoxIt PDF Editor has been my go to PDF reader and editor on the Mobile for years, and in the past customer service has been very responsive. With the update to version 12.0, the software reverted to the locked version and I have been unable to reactivate it. The software contacts the Google servers, recognizes that I have an active subscription but then gives an “unknown error” message and the software stays locked. This prevents me from editing or using complex PDF forms. I have reached out to customer support, including screenshots of the problem on the Mobile. After 9 days, I received a message about the Android version of the software that made it seem like my messages wasn’t even read. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, which made me lose all my imported PDFs. Software remains broken.

Doesn’t work with fillable forms

The app doesn’t work with fillable forms. They advertise that the app works with XFA PDFs. It doesn’t. Photo fields do not work in XFA forms. The Flatten feature does not work in either AcroForms or XFA forms. Several other features do not work.
