Buona for Android

I ordered my meal through the app and it was not picked up for one hour.

The prices aren’t too high and there timing for later delivery’s are impeccable I 100% recommended

Ordered delivery at 1130. Said it was ready for pickup by the 3rd party at 12. I look outside at 1230, still no food. Called the store. Was put on hold twice. They said it was already picked up but couldn’t tell me if it was by a 3rd party (grub hub, door dash etc) or a store associate. Said they would remake it or refund me. I asked about how to be refunded for the delivery fee (5.95) and tip (3.00) if I come and pick up a new order. Still not sure what is exactly going to happen.

I ordered a margarita pizza & a 7 inch dipped beef sandwich online. Went to pick it up 4 minutes after the pick up time. Pizza was cold & my beef was not dipped it was dry. The beef was warm. Very disappointed with being my first time.

This is a horrible Buona during lunch. Bolingbrook Every order we place is missing items. Todays order was cold because the line was so long. They did not even keep the pizza under the warmer. I usually don’t write reviews but hopefully they will take time to read the orders and get the order correct and serve warm food
