Worked as it should for a while but now won’t work well! My appointments get erased, times wont change and the calendar wont show my appointments (the dot on the day to indicate I have an appointment)
As a family of 5 with 2 full time working parents, kids w/ jobs, athletics & social lives staying organized is a must. This app has everything you need and more!! Just jump right in and buy the subscription! You won’t regret it.
Overall this is a really cool app with so much potential to help my family be organized but the limited functionality of the task entry interface in lists prevents me from using this. If you edit a task the category to which it was assigned changes to uncategorized from whatever category you had originally tagged the task. It is a pain to recategorize because you have to click a separate button on the app or web interface to categorize a task. If the developer could make two changes this problem would be eliminated: (1) stop changing a task to “uncategorized” just because the name/title of the task is changed and (2) create a task entry interface that allows the user to (a) categorize the task at the same time that the task is created and (b) select the status of the task (undone, done, in progress, on hold) in the same interface with which the task is created (right now you have to create a task in a little field, then once the task is created you have to click another button to assign a category to the task, then click save, and click a third button to mark complete — all of this should be able to be in one interface, even if there remains a “quick add” field for adding uncategorized tasks). Hopefully the developer can add this functionality and this app would be great!
This is THE BEST calendar/planner app I have ever used. It’s perfect for a family of any size! My husband and I both have ADHD so keeping up with calendars and events has always been difficult. This app allows both of us to work together at the same time. We could assign tasks to each other through the customizable lists, we could save our work schedules in the Time Table section. It all comes together in the calendar app where you can see everything and check it off when it’s finished. I also have to say how responsive and helpful the Support personal are when I e-mailed them with a question.
Our family began using the app to manage our summer schedule. It has been simple to use, and has even become a source of motivation for our teens as they complete their lists! (Which is weird…). Importing other calendars has really helped on the schedule front- now the kids can see what the family CEO and COO have going on. We do recommend this app to our friends! A couple of bugs have risen to the surface from using the app: 1. It crashes a lot. I mean every day, multiple times a day. I open it on my Android 13, click to the calendar, then the app just disappears. I reopen, and it’s fine. Later on, after I’ve swipe-closed it from my phone, it’ll crash again on restart. 2. Some users can check off tasks in the calendar view and others can’t. My son can, I can’t. Might be a role-based permission thing, or it might be a bug.
