I got Screen Grab to do analysis for work. Pretty much record my screen and comment. The first couple attempts went ok. But when I recorded about 40 min of content, the program simply could not save it. For hours it was telling me that it was proccessing, it actually never stopped proccessing. Eventually I had to leave work and shut down the computer. I lost all the work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!!

very useful and as described

I have had this app for approximately a year and I use it on a laptop and a desktop. It works exactly as described and there has never been a problem. I highly recommend it.

The only thing it does correctly is take screen shots. Will not record video.

Off target

I rarely can accurately take a screen shot using this program. It typically captures a part of the screen that is completely different than the area that I've selected to grab. There are much better products available.
