Very very bad user experience, not practical at all. Loosing my time You are even lying that all nicknames i choose were taken

This app is so easy to use. I can purchase my items without any problem and in a fast way. Love that it keeps my information saved within my account and helps with a faster checkout. I also absolutely love all items Oysho releases.

I’m using the app in the US, I suppose the location sometimes affects the variety of goods you can choose. That’s been said, seems like thise items that are just not available in the US are not clickable. But when I reached out for support in the app the answer I was given was “the thing is you’re using the app from Android - our app does not work with Android”. This surprised me a lot since I’ve been using the app for a year already from my Android. Then, the support specialist offered me to use the android to use their app, which surprised me even more - what an amazing offer for the customer, it’s a pity they do not offer buying and sending an android to all those who have iphones.

Horrible! Impossible to return online, make sure I never purchase form OYSHO
