Great passsword manager and great customer service

Bought CodeBook from the AppStore 7 years ago and love it for the security, synchronization and customer service. Recently had an issue with the AppStore version, which probably was not releted to the software, but Zetetic knew I purchased before and sent me a license key so I could get back up and running with the version from their web site. I emailed their support and within an hour I had a solution. That is probably the best customer service I have encountered anywhere. Happy customer.

EXCELLENT ON MACBOOK & iPhone

This product works. I've used it for 10 years, through all updates and iterations. It never fails. Best feature is to encript the data BEFORE transmitting it to DropBox or other storage, which makes the files utterly safe. No program is perfet, but this works, does not fail, and is secure.

If you aren't an IT person, don't buy this

I've used this for years, and recently they changed how you back things up. You need a degree from MIT to understand how to use their Sync Key. It's awful and not user firendly at all. Buy something else and avoid the frustration.

Very Pleased

I have used many different apps like this to secure my many passwords, codes, etc... I can homestly say that I am very pleased with Codebook. It is easy to use, fast syncs, and versitile with many features for me to customize how and what I want to see. The developer (Zetetic) is quick on responding back to me (a customer) when I had questions. Well done. I think I'll keep this one.

Loyal user for years - tops in security & customer support

This app works great on my Android - Mobile - Android laptop. I've used Codebook for a long time and been very satisfied. The Password manager is flexible and it's fast & easy to input new accounts and use all different passwords. The password auto-fill feature provides time-saving convenience and the newer data encryption system allows speedy syncing with my Dropbox account and Android computer. Rarer still is an app with worthy longevity, and app developers with a continuous improvement ethic. Dependable app all around. And they get high ratings from me on thorough (and patient!) customer support the few times I've really needed it. Kudos!
