iCaching for Android

Using iCaching is the easiest way for me to export geocaches to my Garmin Dakota GPS. And also to my Garmin Nuvi... I use iCaching ALL the time. I like it better than Base Camp.

I had to reload iCaching when my ten year old Android died. I didn't know enough to do it by myself. Marius replied to my questions within hours and had me up and running again right away. This is a very imporant App for geocachers using Google computers. For a while I kept an old PC just for running GSAK, but I have been able to do everything I needed with iCaching for the last many years. (My caching name is bobf.)

If you own a Android and are a Geocacher, iCachng is your best friend! Recently I contacted the developer/owner with a question about an undocumented feature which I found I could use but needed to know more about. He responded with a helpful answer. I love dealing with good people.

I needed an app to manage the geocaches on my Garmin 64s. I have a Android so cannot use some other programs. The GPS came preloaded with 250K caches but I soon learned that many for my state were missing. So I ran an initial query for my state and now each week I can run a query for new caches and iCaching automatically gets the query. Very easy to load an updated file each week to my GPS. I like the ability to set up folders for caches to get that week and create a route map. I highly recomment this app for Android users. Easy to use. Nice interface. No problems or issues using it.

Ouside of GSAK for other computer systems, ICaching is outstanding for downloads and uploads to the Garmin Oregon...Also easy to change coordinates on puzzle solves and saving notes for future reference.
