Filmotech for Android

I think this is really a great app!. I've been messing around for years with MS Access putting together my movie collection, but this app is much much better, and a heck of a lot more faster. I only wish I had discovered this app sooner so I would't have wasted time trying to do something similar on my own. I also use a PC running Windows (dah…) and would like to see you create a similar program for it. But, this one will do. Thanks … A+ for it.

I have entered half of my collection so far. I am disappointed by the lack of search options - like search by actor. It does a fairly quick job of grabbing information off of the internet. The Android app works well with this. The price of $0.00 makes this worth trying until something better comes along or this app gets improved.

Even though I had to type in over 400 movies from my personal library, the internet search for cover art and details is wonderful (bar code scanning with companion Android app would make this 5 stars all the way!!!). The only other recommendation I have is to include a field for the letter rating (i.e. G, PG, PG-13, R, NC17, NR) so I can sort by the ratings and store PG-13 & R rated movies seperate from the kid appropriate movies.

Works great! I wish there was a similar app for CDs!

I have a growing movie collection of many many titles. This is a great program. I love it. I am currently adding my titles. I have a large digital movie collection. My suggestion would be to link to the movie website and be able to grab the movie image from the program so I can use it for a thumbnail on the digital file. Other than that, WONDERFUL. Actually, I just found the ability to form a link to the website, folder or actual file. COOL!!!!
