Multiple Faxes Not Sent

I downloaded this app with the expectation that I’d be able to use it for faxes. They charged me 18 dollars and it didn’t work. Multiple important faxes that reported were sent never got to the end user. Complete failure and I had to pay for it.

Don’t waste your time

I tried to fax 10 pages. It didn’t work. Tried again doing 1 page at a time. Some went through and some didn’t. Was then charged an overcharged fee of $10 because I attempted it, even though half didn’t go through. Customer service said I attempted to fax 190 pages and that’s where the overcharge fee came from. They refused to help me with a refund for the pages that failed to go through. Find a regular fax machine and don’t waste your time!

Hidden charges. Even with a one year subscription. So called over usage charges for supposedly sending extra pages. Not proven. Very bad quality CS.

Rip-off

I signed up for it and canceled immediately as I didn’t need the fax after all. They have some scheme going on where it’s in your subscription active list for I don’t know how long. They still charged me but gave a refund. It’s pissing me off as I have to make sure it’s on cancel mode every month. Very disconcerting.
