Sfax for Android

Web version works great and allows you to save frequently faxes documents however the app for iOS keeps crashing with no updates to fix the issue

My company started using SFax 3 years ago and they were great until they were acquired by another company (efax maybe? I don’t know). Now their service is terrible. Their app on android and Google is terrible. It is unreliable and doesn’t work half the time. Their customer service is nonexistent, and if you finally reach someone, they can’t fix the problem and tell you to wait a few days and try again. If I could switch away from Sfax I would, but they have my business fax number tied down and I cannot port it away from them.

Can not open faxes received. Every time I click on the the link to view the faxes I received it boots me out of the app. I tried to delete and reinstall as well as reboot by Mobile. Now I have to call the office have them open the fax and email it to me for view. Anyone know how to fix this

I have been using Sfax for years. The app was always great but no longer works. It crashes when accessing anything received. It can only send out faxes. The website does not work on mobile devices either. The menu takes up half the screen and you’re unable to see anything useful from the faxes. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! I pay a good amount for it every year and have been unable to use it for almost a year.

Unreliable. Force closes. Im using the web interface temporarily. Support non existent. For a medical based fax service they have regressed. Not sure why but seriously considering moving away.
