Altogether this app is frustrating to use. I prefer to enjoy my N&O subscription on browser. In the app, news articles repeatedly reset or altogether back out to main page unexpectedly. A search feature would be helpful.

This app is terrible. I cannot get it to load any content, I just get the “loading” spinner forever and nothing will ever come up. Tried deleting the app and re-installing it, no change. Same issue on my wife’s Android so I know it’s not just me. Can’t believe I paid for a “digital access” subscription only to have such a useless app. Cancelling my service, maybe they will get a developer on it and fix the issues.

Suddenly after years of subscribing can’t log in to the digital version again. Password I’ve used for years won’t work. Of course office is closed and auto help is worthless. I’m more than mad.

N&O readers have suffered the long decline of a once-proud journalistic institution. But now the terrible app has surpassed even the plummeting level of the content. Saved feeds NEVER retrieve on the Mobile. Even when pulling feeds directly, the app just spins. This app is worse than worthless. They should pull it from the App Store if they can’t do FAR better than this. The person in charge of this app should be indicted for digital malfeasance.

This app has not worked in iOS on iPhones for quite some time. It has read “error fetching feeds” for several months if not year. A bit disappointing to have to resort to the online web site simply because the app is not supported. Not sure if it’s a different app but the version for Mobile actually does work.
