Worthless app

Having used this app for the last couple years I felt it was quite useful. Now it is nothing but an advertisement come on from from Cadillac. Completely worthless. Can’t unlock doors or start my vehicle. What brilliant executive thought this one up? I’m deleting the app.

App doesn’t work at all

App throws an error and then sits on a screen with the Cadillac symbol. Can’t even log in. It’s been doing this for 2 weeks. Garbage.

Can not Log in

I have downloaded twice and each time I try to log in it makes me do a two factor thing but never sends the code. Have checked all my email and never received a text. It sent me a text when I changed the password but not for the authentication. And they don’t have anyone to reach out too! Waste of an app
