Was at a lunch meeting when I received a text from My Buick app telling me my right front tire was low (24 lbs). I went out and checked the tire and it was low and leaking air (nail). I have always carried a Fix-a-Flat in the car, but never used one. It worked! Got the pressure up to 31 lbs where I drove it to service station and had it fixed. Wherever you are at (work, church, bar, etc.) you would not want to come out to a flat tire! Thanks ! Terry
The app in general is great but I made a service appointment in the app only to be told by the dealership that they don’t receive or honor those…it should just be removed as an option from the app then.
Remote Start does work most of the time and when it does it does not allow the car to use the extended 15 minutes.
I was 400+ miles from home and the service light came on. Good thing Stoops Buick-GMC was immediately on my right. Pulled back to service bays, and Mr Anderson came to help. Long story short.. I left my 2015 and after a few (long) weeks later I drove off in a new Buick Encore. This dealership went out of their way to have me go from screeching to smiling. They will work hard to make you happy. Other dealers won’t even come out on the lot. Bad day for THAT dealership, excellent day for Stoops!
I’ve forgotten my password a couple times, and when I select the option of having the code sent to my email it never allows it. Instead, it comes up with an error saying it can’t complete the option.
