TV5MONDE for Android

Hi, I’m trying to not lose my French and enjoy having TV Monde on often in the background, besides getting down and focusing! I’m having frustrating problems, however, because I’m getting ads for other branches of this service, but can’t seem to access them. I see TV Monde Plus, that looks really interesting, but I use Comcast’s Xfinity, like so many here in the States, I don’t see it listed, but I can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss options. Once I found some language drills that seemed exciting and helpful, but not sure how to get that all the time. I think if I could talk to somebody it would make it all clear. I am finding the page confusing right now and feel like I’m losing out on a ton of content. I never even figured out how to watch the Ciné option , just whatever’s live at the time. Other than that, I’m so glad to have it and I can see how if you had the right devices and software, it would be amazing! Waiting for a call back, who knows?

I have correctly registered with the app so as to be able to save my progress/history, but the app refuses to allow me to log in, saying that I have entered the incorrect username or password. But this is NOT the case. If I try to re-register, it tells me that my email address is already in use — so that means that I really do have an account, right? But when I attempt recover my password (in case I have somehow mis-remembered the password, though I haven’t), it tells me that I have entered the incorrect username or email address! But it just told me that my email address is taken and therefore I do have an account, so how can it be the wrong email address?! Argh....

Get it together

Very difficult to get to anything because of advertisements. Trying to report to TV5 results in “page pas disponible” or so.

Nice application. Are you planning on releasing an Google TV version ? If yes, that would be amazing.
