Consistent performance issues

To much freezing, volume goes out, give me trouble signing in. When it works it’s great but who needs to be frustrated while trying to study. Also it would be nice if you could split the screen while using an Mobile. Great way to take notes while in live classes. This opinion reflects the app not Kaplan review. I’m loving Kaplan’s methods.

App keeps dumping answers

I’ve had to start diagnostic over 4 times now and hace lost 100 answers. Please have tech support review.

Needs improvement

The app doesn’t sync well with desktop. My videos often crash. I can’t control the speed within the app like I can’t via desktop. The app automatically signs me out! I absolutely hate the app!
