Harmony Self Hypnosis for Android

So wanted to love this. But while listening and almost in a relaxed state with head phones on, there would be a loud deep voice come out of no where telling me to relax. Which scared the heck out of me and definitely brought me out of my relaxed state. Then after that (with all the voices that come at you in the session), all I could think is how creepy it all is.

I have been listening to Darren Mark since my child was an infant. He is 14 now. I was struggling to find peace and calmness for him to help him sleep and also for myself. For myself to find inner peace and to keep him calm so he can rest. Darren Mark Harmony has been a huge help. I have used pills and supplements (some prescription) for sleep for years. I’m going through surgical menopause and my insomnia is really bad. I started the app and for the last 3 nights I’ve fallen asleep without a pill or supplement. I hope to continue this path. If I wake in the middle of the night I listen to it again and fall back asleep instead of tossing and turning. I’ve also used during the day for pain management and anxiety. I’m so happy i heard about yoga nidra while listening to the Huberman Lab
