Easy Quit Smoking & Vaping for Android

I’m a 24 year old male and have been smoking for 8 years a pack a day. After just one night of listening to the track while I slept I was easily able to cut down on smoking by half a pack. On the second day I made it down to just 5 cigarettes, even with it being an extra stressful day. I’m now on day three and didn’t even bring my pack with me! I can’t believe how easy this has made it to not want cigarettes at all! I smoked for 27 years. I purchased this app, put on headphones, lay down for bed, followed the recording, fell asleep, woke up the next day and have not had nor desired a cigarette since. Truly amazing and life-changing. Thank you.

This is the second app I tried. Thank God! This app took about 2 weeks and I'm a non smoker. Yeah! It's been about 4 days and I feel better and have no cravings. It is a habit that can be broke without medication. Hope it's last forever. Still listening to app to make sure I stay on track!

I love it it the image did not run constantly it runs the battery down. And if there was a sleep timer would be cool. When you choice to listen to it at night it would be nice it is expired at the recording and shutdown.

I do enjoy the sessions however I have experienced some frustration with the playlist functionality. The play all does function does not seem to be working. I wake up after each session to play the next.
