Best app I’ve ever used I’ve followed him for awhile so figured give it a try. He one knows what he’s talking about and puts his masters in physiology on display and I also thought it’d be automated responses but Thoren actually takes the time out of his day to calculate all the macros out himself and responds to emails if you have questions! He also has made stuff like macros so easy to understand I’ve only been using the app maybe 9 days and love it hands down best app and workout programs I’ve ever used.

Like many of you I was excited to download the app by the hot lumberjack but I didn’t know that with all the beauty he had brains. Expert knowledge and personalized macros with a community support in the palm of your hands. 10/10 would recommend and continue to recommend this app to anyone and everyone. Thor as your personal trainer, with this app who answer questions as well and providing encouraging information and comments to the community is encouraging. The macros alone will help, but there is a plethora of workout plans and tutorials available. Love it !!

Joined the app 4 weeks ago and I have already lost ten pounds. The app is very informative and I love that the exercises are shown to you so that you have proper form.

First of, if you want to be the best version of yourself you have to work with the best! Thoren is simply great at what he does and as a professional athletes I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else but the best and let me just say Thor, yea he’s that guy! Can’t wait to reach my goals 💪 💪 💪

This app and coaching have changed my whole life! You have to download this app! Don’t wait… I’ve been on this program for four weeks so far. I’ve lost 16.4 pounds already. The program works!! The app is great! The coaching is great!
