EN- Official Light Stick for Android

Bed since I got my light stick it refuses to connect to my phone whether it’s in concert or self mode. Every time I try to connect it it says connect failed and I’m worried that I won’t be able to use it again please you have to fix this I didn’t spend so much money on it for it to not work.

This is a waste of your time. I am writing this the night before a concert, and when I tried to update the lightstick ( there is no way around the update as far as I can tell ) the update said it could not go through with the download. Nothing will work.

I have this problem with multiple light sticks, they work in self mode and appear to connect for concert mode, but then it says you it must update and once the firmware updates it never finds your light stick again. It says the connection failed or it can’t connect and there is no help section in the app (?) so I guess, if it’s possible, DON’T update and your light stick will still do more than just blink white and Bluetooth blue. (Yes I changed the batteries) 🤷‍♀️

I recently bought the lightstick and perfectly works fine on its own but it wont even connect to the app even though it is flashing blue
