Love how easy it is to navigate through this app and do business on the go! It’s really frustrating when you have to open a computer while traveling and now I don’t have to.. all I need is right at my fingertips! Thanks for this!!
So much swiping around on the app. I still can’t add a note to an order, which means if a customer messages me about something to add or such, I have to use the website to do it. I used to be able to do it on the old app. I use my phone to deal with customer service while I’m away from my work area, so I count on the app for that. But let’s pretend I am trying to process orders. Can print a shipping label but not a packing list, so I’m back at my computer anyway. Also, why does the app need so much access to my privacy data as opposed to what’s in my account?
A bizarre and overall unpleasant app. Some UX elements are huge. Some are tiny. Scrolling is horrible. A Frankenstein’s monster of weird custom buttons. Overall a mess and I’d just rather use the website tbh
I still use the old app because I like seeing my stats for the day on the very first page. The old app is easier to use. AND for the last few months, when I try to look at my orders, it’s showing me every single order I’ve ever made starting from 10 years ago!! I’ve sent them feedback about it but so far I haven’t heard from them. So I can’t use it at all!!
Now it won’t even show me my shop. When I log in it says there’s no shop associated with my account and then goes back to the sign in screen. 🤦‍♀️ I really don’t understand the thought process on this thing. The Sell on Etsy app is already super functional and a really great app. Who asked for this? All you’ve done is take away all the functionality of the current app and given us nothing truly useful in return. And now it’s literally unusable. Please let this experiment go and just stick with the good app we already have.
