I love this app!
In all honesty the app is really easy to use and post items. I created my shop on June 21, 2022 and today is July 11,2022. I’ve sold three of my paintings in the time but have yet to be paid for them and they are saying that I’ll be paid no earlier than July 27, 2022!?? Their customer service is only available via email, and mostly they have no idea what you are asking and their replies are so fake it’s painful. How is someone supposed to make a living selling crafts with this amount of hold on deposits? Plus within the first week of my shop being opened I was locked out on their end, for an entire weekend, with no explanation as to why. So to recap less than a month of being open and I’ve been locked out for three days and have not received one payment…. Tread lightly everyone and don’t expect quick payment turnarounds.
Easy enough as a newbie to the app, but would like enhanced shipping services and better support options easily accessible.
Several features that can be found in shop manager on the desktop site are not available in the app. For example, to finalize a digital download order and upload the file for my buyer, the only option available in the app is “mark as shipped” but I have nothing to ship. Conversely, on the desktop site, you can see open orders, the details of the order and mark as complete. Also in the app you can not edit your profile as completely as you can on the desktop site.
I have closed down my shop several months back because I haven’t made any sells. It keeps automatically paying them 60 cents from my account and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’ve tried contacting PayPal and Etsy and they did nothing
