Quit Anger for Android

This is such a great app! If you deal anger, this app definitely helps with all ages.

The information in this app could be found in a YouTube video or website. But it does provide it in a step-by-step interface that moves at your pace. Yet the interface is too cluttered and completely off-balance. I found the app unenjoyable to use. I mostly got this for the watch app. Disappointingly the watch app doesn’t provide the step-by-step instructions, it only allows you to listen to ocean and wind sounds. Those of you aware know the Google watch doesn’t have a speaker. You’ll need to put on your headphones, then tell the watch to connect to those headphones manually. This completely defeats the purpose of having a quick watch app. Wouldn’t it makes sense to have step-by-step breathing instructions on the watch? You know, for those times when taking out your phone or headphones is less practical. It’s just so obviously the opposite of what the watch app should’ve been. I don’t really understand what they were thinking. Furthermore, with my lifetime subscription I would need to purchase sounds on the watch. My lifetime subscription only includes three sounds. This app is a total failure in functionality and value.

Best app for me to clam down, if you think you get angry you should use this app best angry clam game if I would I would rate it 100/100 P.S may you add more sounds like trees blowing in the wind thanks and bye

This is a basic common sense concept app. There’s nothing u haven’t heard before in your life about anger management or calming down. The charting is super unproductive & very basic not insightful at all or insight inspiring. Disappointed, dissatisfied, won’t refund me. I would NEVER actually pay for this application when you have a free piece of paper & free access to mediation music literally almost everywhere on your phone already.
