Gorillas for Android

My mind is absolutely BLOWN by this app and delivery service. I thought it was a typo that my food was 10 minutes away. I’m not using any other grocery delivery service again other than Gorillas

They delivered my order to someone else and made me wait OVER AN HOUR to get it redelivered. The first delivery took less than 15 minutes. Someone called me on the phone and was very unprofessional. They ended up just crediting me $2 for the delivery fee. This company is a joke.

I was accused of violating the terms and conditions because they assumed my family’s accounts were all owned by me. When I referred my family, they used the same email and payment method as me because we share this information. They even cancelled my order midway and took away my referral credits. When I emailed customer service and explained my situation, they didn’t believe me and started responding progressively ruder every time I refuted their accusations/concerns with evidence. Overall, this is a very strict, unworthy company with terrible customer service. I have never written a bad review, but I felt the need to after this truly disappointing and annoying experience. Later on, I also found way better delivery service apps than Gorillas with better deals.

My order came missing items so I called the courier to get them to redeliver. The supervisor called back and accused me of lying by stating the items were in the bag. The items are cheap groceries, it would be silly to lie just to get a second item. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I enjoy the convenience but being accused of lying for stealing eggs is honestly absurd when I simply needed them for a meal. Quality control is whack.

I love Gorillas because I can choose top quality ingredients and have it to my door in minutes! Yesterday it saved me an hour of my time and I was able to get stuff like organic chicken, milk, snacks and plastic wrap. Very happy it’s in my neighborhood.
