I’ve used this app for 2 years now and it’s not consistent that’s why I never upgraded half the time the notifications don’t work

Frustrated

I loved this app and all the apps to use my Hubble camera. But lately I am frustrated with it! When the times changed, the camera didn’t change correctly! It’s 8:55a my time right now and the camera says 9:55a. There is no possible way to correct it! I have researched how to make the change and it says to download the Hubble connected app. I do that, I go to login and it says “this account is not supported by this app, download…” and it makes me download another app just to get the same message to download the previous app! I’m mind blown and just giving up! This camera was the best purchase I made almost 2 years ago, after returning the owlet camera, now I’m regretting it.
