It continues to repeatedly minimize now. Useless.

Regarding your “Note Taking” app on the Mobile Pro with the current iPadOS. I installed it and ran it to add a note, then closed it. Now when I open it, it opens, I see the note and 1-2 seconds later it minimizes. I try to maximize it and it continues to repeatedly minimize. Please Advise.
