Could you work more on your app before launching it, please? It’s 2022.

I’m finding it harder to navigate the new format. I listen to Hard shoulder and it keeps directing me to pod casts. I prefer to listen to the program in it’s entirety. The old my app was easier to access. I’m probably doing something wrong. I Love newstalk!

This is the 2nd review I’ve written for this app. This time it’s for the new and updated app that was launched recently. It’s worse than the older app. The content regularly doesn’t play gets stuck in a loop of trying to load. The live content doesn’t ever load. The download functionality doesn’t work. The list goes on. It’s so bad I can’t believe this actually gets published.

So much advertising and promotion for an app that doesn’t work- contacted customer service 4 times abs no reply- only live apps work and none of the others so- would stick with other streaming apps as this one is horrendous

App was working good until I updated my Android and now it won’t work on the listen back feature. Please get it fixed.
