Images won’t download, memories ruined

I only received two of the seven images we purchased at the Grand Canton. Once in a lifetime memories dependent on retaining a receipt with a QR code which of course we lost before the images completed the download. Why not offer a text message option for retrieving images? Who expects a tourist to hold on to a receipt to secure their digital photos? This is horrible. I am crushed.

So I have to download the app to be able to get my photos from Grand Canyon? And the only thing that the app does is to save the photos to my phone?? The level of stupidity is very high. Why not just let people download an archive or individual pictures from browser?? This is crazy.

Thought it worked just fine.

Saw a lot of bad feedback for this app but everything worked smoothly for me. Got ,y pictures in my gallery in like 2 minutes.
