Golden Chick App for Android

Im not sure what app designer made this app but the brick background isn’t accessible and makes everything hard to read. The fonts are tiny and grey which makes it harder to read ALONG WITH the distracting brick background. the Home screen only needs the order now, recent order, basket and favorites. The instagram and facebook links aren't necessary enough to have their own buttons. For the love of god redesign your app to be more accessible.

Next time your drive through people tell me to come inside after I have told them that I am handicapped and have a handicapped sticker I will sue Golden Chick. The drive through girl told me to come in anyway. SUE. ok? I ordered through the app and went drive through to pick it up. This was last night at the Central Expressway and Meadow location in Dallas. If you don’t believe me then ignore this and find out. Shaun S This would be such an easy win and after your other reviews talk about the same service I had, then more evidence for me. Ordered on the app. Arrived to pick up my food. At 5:45 pm they doors were locked. After about 5 minutes an employee said the lobby was closed. Had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru. Finally got my food. Got home and no sauce and missing items ordered and paid for.

The food is never ready when it says it will be, the user interface is difficult to use, the app never seems to work correctly or have the menu options correctly displayed. The yellow background makes it hard to see anything on the app. Garbage.

The functionality of the app is fine. They’ve allowed you to choose options like subbing a drink for an extra side, which is something a lot of restaurant apps don’t let you do. But for the love of god PLEASE get rid of that yellow brick background. It’s hard on the eyes on its own and makes it very hard to read the text.
