App doesn’t show battery status

These are battery powered locks and you can’t check on battery status. The new modules do not stay connect well either save the $75

Need the app fixed for Airbnb integration

I have been waiting now 3 weeks. I purchased the assure lock 2 and it was suppose to work with Airbnb and keypad was supposed to be visible in the integration works with Airbnb feature. I have factory reset the lock like 10 times followed all there instructions etc. please fix app. Airbnb integration DOES NOT WORK WITH ASSURE LOCK 2! Please FIX…. This is not a cheap lock. I went with you cause I figured it was one of the best! I don’t mind waiting for a bug fix but please don’t make me go on wild goose chases! Be honest and tell me it’s not working correctly.

This App is pure garbage

The company that made this App is ridiculous. Most function menus don’t have a “back” navigation button. “Left swipe” also doesn't work. If you misclick into some menu , good luck, you have to follow through all instructions. Another ridiculous lack of functionality is “Set passcode to user”. The Yale Keyless Wi-Fi 2 lock has Wi-Fi Bluetooth a keypad, and no interface to configure a simple CODE to type and unlock. This is so badly designed that I’m considering returning it. If the usability is this horrendous, I’m afraid to see the bugs and failures to lock unlock my home from now on.

Buggy and always shows unlocked

Right after we lock (or our tenants lock), it always shows unlocked. We have to reach out to them and confirm they have left and then lock it. When I leave I have to lock it from my phone - doesn’t work from the door most of the time. This product has potential but I would explore other options until they can nail down this product with no bugs. Especially if you use yours for renters.

Garbage

I don’t understand how this app has such high ratings. I’ve never had to struggle with the functionality and setup of an app and device as much as I’ve had with this. Nothing seems to work as it’s supposed to and there’s no help or guidance when something doesn’t work with the lock.
