The idea is amazing here are a few pointers that needs some tweaking ..... 1) How can I replenish the grangoude acct.? There’s no instructions. And none writes back on that WhatsApp number. 2) False advertisement on the “we accept credit card” Other than that I live this app almost equivalent to Ubereats

Overall the app and the restaurants affiliated with it, need to better coordinate they orders and their deliveries / pick up. 1. It needs a way to follow-up on your order once placed. 2. Need a way to track your order. This is critical for those picking up and more so for those who chose delivery. 3. Other than the prepaid option (filling your digital wallet with money) we need the option for paying with a credit card. 4. Restaurant open / closing times need to be updated. 5. Needs a customer feedback mechanism (number, live chat etc.) 6. Needs single registration in the app for the different restaurants. I’m looking forward to the next updates and also best in class customer service.
