App is broken sales staff is horrible

One of the worst experiences we have ever had in dealing with sales staff. Pushy, won’t allow us to exit contract. App works half the time, misses a ton of features open table has. 0/5

Sales and tech staff are of zero assistance, hard to use, hard to train on. Locked into a long contract with zero assistance from sales. Don’t waste your money

So many issues & glitches!

We love the texting chat function, but that's about it. Nothing else works well on Resy from a restaurant operations standpoint.

New update sees daily crashes

Everyday since the update there have been major issues. For a platform backed by AMEX it it’s quite silly that they can’t get this fixed. I have instructed my staff to delete and reinstall everyday to skip the data errors, the un-updated reservations, and not being able sit walk-in tables (just to name a few). I’m willing to update my review once RESYos updates the bugs.
