Wow…. That’s all I can really say. Wow….. t - mobile had the largest 5G coverage….. I just wish that I could have experienced it! Got the app and made the account and started downloading and paid when just right before the download was finished, THE APP CRASHES!!! Count get into the account, I was charged, the number they gave me went through but I couldn’t access it cause the account wouldn’t let me in. Spent 4 days and night on the phone being transferred over and over and over again!!!! I even talked to the same people 7-10 times…. They didn’t know what they were doing!!!! None! I’d ask for their superior and they’d put me on hold forever!!! Just to tell me nobody was available. A couple times they just hung up on me! Around the 6th or 7th day I got a hold of one man… I took it all out on him but he kept his cool. Understood the problem, sent me a QR code but by then it was just too late. We set it up and it showed up on my phone but I couldn’t call or text or connect to internet. So he canceled the whole service and said I was getting refunded. Took a while to get that started as well. It’s going on about 3 weeks and still haven’t seen my refund. I hope I do soon. I’d hate to take this into legal matters.
You down load the app, it checks to see if your phone is compatible. 40 bucks and less then 5 minutes later and I have service on my phone and I didn’t even have to get it. Super easy and simple to use
stuck at white screen after "checking compatibility " screen
Never worked. Wasted 3 hours of my time.
I select which plan I want on the “Select a Prepaid plan” page, I tap “Next,” a loading animation plays, some terms pop up, I tap “Accept,” another loading animation plays, and the “Select a Prepaid plan” page appears again. Tapping “Next” starts that loop all over again. This app is functionally useless.
