I ordered the internet I got the router in 4 days. Which I thought was slow. I set it up looked like all was ok. Then I tried to connect my TV but it wouldn’t. Called tech support and after at least 30 minutes of trying tech support said it was defective. Was told that i could have a replacement in 1 to 2 days but it would definitely be here Monday. Well it’s Monday but now they say Tuesday. If customer service was great they would have made sure it arrived in 2 days. I called them Thursday night so they had Friday and Saturday to get it here. Hope it is better than AT&T.
I just installed in on Android XR and it won’t open. Restarted the phone still won’t open, uninstalled and reinstalled and same results - it won’t open
How can this even be possible? Absolute fail!!! Used to work, but no more…
I have been a Sprint customer for 6+ years and since the T-Mobile buyout, my service is practically nonexistent. The app is useless when there is no service to utilize the jokes of perks.
Just became a T-Mobile customer on an Android 12 Pro and downloaded this app and surprise it will not even open. Restarted by phone and tried again to the same result. Rating is high so I am really surprised
