Yes. We provide some of the safest Apk download mirrors for getting the Mitel Teamwork apk.
We have a large distributed customer care team. We were excited that out Mitel plan included teamwork since it integrated with our phones and we wouldn’t have another platform to manage. What a huge mistake. And it’s not just this app. Teamwork is an unreliable service in all forms: iOS, Win, Android, and even the web client. On every one expect delayed messages that show up when they choose to. It resulted in so many missed connections and disappointed clients that we’ve moved to Discord for chat. Although I can’t put the blame on the iOS devs specifically I can say that you should not trust this product if your business counts on it.
I used this as my primary work line and text from it all the time. I am ported my cell phone number when we signed up for Mitel. I love mitels set up but this app needs so much improvement. It does text, but that’s about it. Jumping forward 9 Months, I have had to cancel my cell line with them and move it back into my cell carrier. Turns out, they have a similar product to this but it is significantly better. So much so, I’m liking it better than my native Android app! This app got so bad that I had two weeks roughly where I didn’t get hardly any texts at all. There’s no telling how much business I missed as a result. I recommend against this app highly for text messaging. **Great** it allows me to turn it off when I don’t want to be working It allows my staff to help me with messages that come in when I need it **The good** It does connect into my phone‘s contact list. Unfortunately, the Android app does not and that is super frustrating and makes it almost useless. *please improve** When a text comes in and I get the notification, you cannot reply from the notification like you can a normal text native on the Android. Please make that available. Same as above, just on my Google Watch. **The horrible** It does not do group messages. What makes it worse, is it doesn’t notify the sender that I never got it. I don’t know that it came and they don’t know I never received it. It does not do pictures messaging. Same problem as above, it doesn’t tell the sender that I never got it nor does it tell me someone tried to send something. Again, it gets lost in cyberspace. It is a horribly slow memory hog. When I open the app, it can take upwards of 30 to 60 seconds for messages to show even after I get the notification. When I click to send a text, you have to hit the stupid start button instead of just being able to text. Sometimes when you do that or type in the contact name, it can take up to 30 to 60 seconds to even get to the point where you can type. I had an Android 11 and just upgraded to an Android 13 and both still have the same issues so it is not the device. They don’t appear to be making improvements to this app. Six months later and my complaining on top of it, it’s still the same issues. So much potential, please just put it into development.
